The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card via Stripe, and PayPal. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. All products selected in the US Online store will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes on non food items may be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order unless approved for wholesale purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
Gulzar Spice is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Shipping can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Shipping can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are set once the order has been processed.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond USPS’s control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
We do not ship outside the USA.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our saffron, spices, and herbs. If you are not fully satisfied with any part of your purchase or order we will fully refund your money for any items unused, unopened and returned and received in good order. If you are unhappy with a product that you purchased from Gulzar Spice Company for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days.
Unopened products purchased in our mail order system within 30 days of the request can be returned for a full refund. Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid in your order and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts. All shipping charges paid by the customer to receive the order will not be applied to the refunded total. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be applied after the returned product is received.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased in the last 180 days, please contact us and we will help with your concerns.
